How Relaxed Are You Behind A Drum Kit?

Many musicians have experienced problems with relaxing while playing, most while on stage performing.  It could be a confidence issue or just that you are so wired when playing that the rest of the band have to keep telling you to slow down.

There are many advantages and disadvantages to a relaxed drummer. Some say that a more relaxed drummer does not have the motivation to practice hard enough and will not make them a good drummer.
