Paisley Drum Tutor

Our Paisley drum teacher has been playing drums for 12 years. He took up the instrument at age 14 teaching himself to play to a high standard and went on to study drums as his first instrument at James Watt College where he received tuition from one of Scotland’s top drummers Hugh Cox.

He has been teaching for over 8 years now and has experience in many aspects of the music industry such as live performance, touring, session work, studio recording, songwriting and working with all different kinds of people; kids, adults, OAP’s and people with learning disabilities.

He tailors his lessons to suit you. You will learn correct technique, posture, music theory, rudiments, a range of musical styles and he will also teach you any songs that you would like to play for fun! He is experienced with teaching all age groups and levels and has a great deal of experience teaching larger groups of students as well as one-to-one. Lessons are available from his  fully equipped studio in Glasgow where free parking is available and only a 10 minute walk from the train station.
