Drum Legend Becomes Ludwig Drum Endorser.

One of our all time favourite drummers Vinnie Colaiuta is to become an official Ludwig Drum and Atlas Hardware endorsers. “The moment I started pulling (the drums) out of boxes I was impressed,” states Colaiuta. “Workmanship, whole nine yards. Hit ’em once out the box and went ‘yep’! There it is!'”

Vinnie will be taking his new Legacy and Classic Maple kits on tour this summer with Sting, and as well as filling-in off-dates with Herbie Hancock and Jeff Beck and in LA Session work. Both kits are finished in Black Galaxy Finish, and featuring Mini-Classic Lugs. Sizes include a 14×22″ kick drum w/Elite Spurs and Double Tom Mount, 7×10″ and 8×12″ toms w/Keystone Brackets (no vibrabands,) and 14×14″ & 16×16″ floor toms w/Keystone Brackets. Vinnie has been using 5″x14″ Supraphonic and Hammered Brass snare drums.
