Jake Bradford-Sharp London Drums Teacher
Jake Bradford-Sharp is a Drums tutor based in London
Hi,
My name is Jake Bradford-Sharp. I’m 20 years old, living in Enfield, and have been learning drums for 11 years now. I got into session work when I came back from my first tour round the UK with my band The Reasoning. I have been called upon for a number of sessions, but am looking to get into the teaching world more and more. I already have a number of private students. I have achieved Grade 8 with distinction (91%) and can read and understand music notation.
Since then I have extensively toured Europe and the UK, performed in America, recorded 3 albums and an Ep, a live DVD, and a live album. I have also (in my downtime) started a local band ‘Echochain’ which, within the past 3 months, has been getting quite a bit of attention. We have Independent Record Label interest, and the editor-in-chief at the global ‘PROG’ Mag speaks very highly of me / us. I have actually been voted in the ‘top 10 best drummers’ by their yearly Readers’ Poll for the past 3 years. I started Echochain myself and run the business alongside the other members. I have written, recorded, produced, edited, mixed, and mastered our self titled debut release and have nearly finished writing the album now.
I teach at my studio (Lazycat Studios, North London), you can hear a ‘drum solo’ I recorded a while back here: https://soundcloud.com/jakebradford-sharp/drum-solo.
I now have another drum solo to watch over on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yIqIzKM0ZMk.
I hope to hear from you soon, and look forward to teaching and sharing my skills.
Regards,
Jake Bradford-Sharp.
